For San Diego County Dental Practices

After-hours patient messages, answered in minutes — not the next morning

Your patients email and submit forms at 9pm; your front desk reads them at 9am. Our message-triage agent acknowledges every after-hours request within minutes — categorized, routed to the right staff mailbox, and summarized for you Monday morning. Message triage runs today; a phone voice agent is in build.

The after-hours gap costs San Diego practices new patients

We reviewed the public pages of dental practices across San Diego County while building this service. The same signals show up again and again.

"We'll reply within 24 hours"

Many practice sites promise a one-business-day response. Patients shopping for a dentist don't wait a day — the first practice that replies usually books them.

One human is the whole front desk

In a 1–3 location practice, the same person who chairs the front desk monitors the shared inbox and web forms. After hours and mid-procedure, nothing is monitored.

Requests route to whoever checks first

New-patient requests, emergency messages, and billing questions land in one inbox and get forwarded by hand — slow, and easy to misroute on a busy morning.

A triage agent on your patient inbox and forms

This is our message-triage service deployed for your practice — grounded in how the product actually behaves today, not marketing promises.

Acknowledged within minutes

Every inbound patient email or form submission gets an immediate, honest acknowledgment — so the patient knows their request arrived and is being handled, even at 11pm.

Categorized, not guessed

Requests are classified as new patient, existing patient, emergency, or billing, with the category and the reasoning recorded — you can audit every decision, request by request.

Routed to the right staff mailbox

Emergencies go where you tell us urgent items go; new-patient requests go to the scheduling owner. Routing rules are set once with you, and every routed message carries its audit trail.

A Monday-morning digest

Each week you get one digest: request volume, what was routed where, response-time outliers, recurring themes, and anything that slipped. No inbox spelunking required.

Response-time figures here are simulated estimates from our own dry-run testing — not customer averages. See the scenario end-to-end in the interactive demo →

Built for San Diego County practices

We're starting where we can work closely with every customer: independent practices and 1–3 location dental groups across San Diego County — from La Jolla and Carmel Valley to East County, Chula Vista, and the North County coast. That means a pilot configured for your hours, your routing, and your staff mailboxes — with a person you can actually reach.

Your hours, your rules — in code

Business hours and routing rules are enforced in the agent's action layer, not suggested to a language model. After-hours behavior is deterministic and auditable.

No scraped patient data

The agent only sees messages your patients send to you. We publish every sub-processor and its purpose on our privacy page.

Honest about what's in build

Phone answering is not part of this service today. Our voice agent is in build and ships by engagement when it's ready — we won't sell you a phone line that doesn't exist.

What this service does NOT do

In healthcare, scope discipline isn't optional. These limits are guardrails enforced in code, and every blocked action carries a machine-readable reason.

No diagnosis or clinical advice

The agent triages and routes messages. It will not assess symptoms, recommend treatments, or answer clinical questions — those are escalated to your staff, always.

No phone answering (yet)

This service handles patient email and web forms. Voice handling is a separate service, in build, priced by engagement when it ships — we label it "in build" everywhere we mention it.

No outbound contact beyond your configuration

The agent sends acknowledgments and your weekly digest — nothing else. It cannot message patients beyond the acknowledgment templates you reviewed during setup.

Free pilot first, then published tiers

Start with a free 14-day pilot, no card required — one executor, configured for your practice. After the pilot, triage is priced on published monthly tiers (or prepaid credits), shown verbatim on /pricing. Nothing on this page is a quote.

Common questions

Does this answer the phone?

No — not today. The service runs on patient email and website form submissions, where the after-hours gap is largest for most small practices. A phone voice agent is in build and will be offered by engagement when it's ready. We say "in build" every time we mention it, on purpose.

Will patients know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Acknowledgments identify the practice and state plainly that an assistant system received and triaged the message, and that a staff member will follow up. We don't impersonate your front-desk staff.

What happens to an urgent after-hours message?

It's categorized as emergency and routed to the staff mailbox you designated for urgent items, with the full audit trail attached. The agent itself never gives clinical advice — urgent or not, clinical judgment stays with your team.

What does it cost after the pilot?

Published tiers are on our pricing page — monthly triage tiers, reporting tiers, a bundle, or prepaid credits drawn at a fixed overage rate with unused credit refunded on cancel. The pilot is free and requires no card.
