Starter (1–5 staff), Practice (6–15), Group (16–30). Every plan includes its units each month; anything beyond them bills at the overage rate.

Annual prepay: 2 months free + a 12-month price lock. Multi-location groups: custom pricing, from Group × locations × 0.8. Cancel anytime (prorated); unused included units roll over one month; pause up to 2 months at $0 with your data kept. In both tracks, the outcome add-on — $12 per qualified new-patient lead — stays dormant until the lead-qualification executor ships.
Track 2 · pay-per-use — no commitment
Prepaid credit, refunded if unused
$0 base. Load prepaid credit, draw it down at 1.5× the plan overage rate, and get whatever you did not use back when you cancel.

Three credit sizes, drawn at $0.60 per message or $30 per report — 1.5× the plan overage rate.
Credit validity
Credit is valid for 12 months from load. Auto-reload is optional and off by default.
Unused credit refunded
Cancel at any time and the unused balance is refunded — no residual liability on either side.
By engagement — no list price
Seven services, quoted per engagement
Voice support and six other services are scoped and quoted per engagement. They carry no list price and cannot be bought from this page — when an executor ships, the label flips to a price.

≥30% minimum margin — enforced by finance
Every engagement must clear a 30% minimum gross margin enforced by an automated finance rule. If a configuration can't sustain that, we redesign it rather than quietly lose money on your deployment.
Margin cited per tier, never as a blanket range
Gross margin runs up to 96%, and we publish it per tier: triage 92.9 / 96.3 / 97.6% (Starter / Practice / Group); reporting 93.1% (Practice) and 96.2% (Group). Simulated estimate at modeled volume — reporting Starter ($49) is 86.0%.
No floors hidden in fine print
The lowest monthly plan is $49, and no discount takes any price below $39. The guardrails above apply to every configuration, including custom multi-location quotes.
