What the service is

Nexus AgentWorks operates AI agents on your behalf: voice support, email operations, scheduling, lead qualification, invoice follow-up, and document collection. The agents work from your knowledge base and follow guardrails we set in code.

Anything on this site labeled simulated is a deterministic dry-run, not a live engagement — simulated demos are demonstrations, clearly marked as such. Real performance figures come only from real engagements.

Getting started and billing

• Pilot: a fixed $500 flat fee for a two-week pilot, per service. One price, stated up front, no surprises.
• After the pilot: ongoing service runs on subscription tiers, priced and metered per your signed agreement. Usage is metered — you can trace every invoice line to ledger rows of actual activity.
• What you pay for is real work: captured leads, kept appointments, answered calls, recovered invoices. If an engagement stops creating value, that's a conversation, not a lock-in.

This page describes how billing works in general; your signed agreement is the specific deal. If the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Your data is yours

Your knowledge-base documents, your agents' logs, your leads, your customers' information that flows through the service — you own all of it. We use it only to run your agents, bill accurately, and keep the service safe. We don't sell it, don't run ad trackers, don't contact your prospects without a real lead, and don't share it across customers — tenant isolation is built into the architecture, not just promised here. Human oversight

Our agents escalate to your humans when uncertain, and they do not make fully-unattended money or legal commitments. You stay in control of what your agents may promise on your behalf.

AI disclosure

All agents operated by Nexus AgentWorks are artificial intelligence, not human employees. Our service is configured to disclose this by default: voice interactions open with a statement that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant, and text interfaces display an equivalent notice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service meets the AI-disclosure and transparency requirements that apply to you and your customers — for example, the EU AI Act's transparency rules for people interacting with AI systems. We will not configure an agent to impersonate a human, and we'll help you meet the disclosure requirements of your markets.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything illegal, including spam, fraud, harassment, or violating other people's rights;
• abuse the metered AI endpoints — no automated hammering, no attempts to extract other tenants' data, no probing for ways around the isolation boundaries;
• upload content you have no right to use, or instruct agents to act outside the authority you've delegated to them;
• use the agents to make unsolicited contact with people — our no-contact policy is a design constraint we also require of you.

If you break these rules, we can suspend or terminate your service. For serious violations, that's immediate.

Service honesty

Agents fail — anything that runs 24/7 eventually does. What we commit to is response: issues surface immediately, unusual situations escalate to a human, and we tell you the truth about what happened. Figures labeled simulated are estimates; we don't publish them as results.

Termination

Either side can end the relationship:

• You can leave at the end of any billing period. Export your data first or ask us for a copy — and we'll delete the rest on request.
• We can end it if you don't pay, or if you violate the acceptable-use rules above. If we ever terminate for a reason other than your breach or non-payment, we'll give you reasonable notice and a path to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability, kept short

The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond what your signed agreement says. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. To the maximum extent the law allows, each side's total liability is capped at what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We keep this section short because courts and contracts fill in the rest — plain words here, precise ones in the agreement.
